PHASE 1 or 2: Preliminary Client Research
  • New Creative Development Team evaluates the client’s current advertising
  • New Creative Development Team conducts a creative analysis session with the client
  • New Creative Development Team requests client logo, fonts, style guides, and related graphics, photos & illustrations
PHASE 2: Client Branding & Competitor Research
  • New Creative Development Team reviews client’s existing marketing materials, website, & graphic standards/style guide
  • New Creative Development Team reviews competitor advertising
PHASE 3: Ad Design
  • New Creative Development Team develops strategy, approach & schedule (Creative Brief)
  • New Creative Development Team designs one or two new ad concepts using the client’s three most common ad sizes (or three Account Team-recommended sizes)
PHASE 4: Ad Concept(s) Submitted to Client for Review
  • New Creative Development Team proposes ad concept(s), including recommended bullet points, stock photography, custom photography, and/or illustration solutions
PHASE 5: Client Concept Edits
  • New Creative Development Team makes client’s requested edits
PHASE 6: Client Ad Concept Approval
  • Account Team notifies the New Creative Development Team that the client has officially signed off on final art
  • Account Team determines template ad sizes based on actual directory/publisher placements
PHASE 7: Ad Template Development
  • New Creative Development Team purchases any necessary external stock photography and makes approved art available to Ad Production Team
  • Ad Production Team meets with Account Team and New Creative Development Team to discuss client creative guidelines and template ad sizes
  • Ad Production Team develops the template sizes specified by Account Team – using the client-approved concept as the design shell
PHASE 8: Client Ad Templates Submitted to Client for Review
  • Ad Production Team submits the templated ads specified by the Account Team
PHASE 9: Client Ad Template Edits
  • Ad Production Team makes client’s requested edits
PHASE 10: Client Ad Template Approval & Roll Out
  • Account Team notifies the Ad Production Team that the client has officially signed off on the templates
  • Account Team references appropriate template when submitting an art request
  • Ads are placed into production for directory placement
