I'm in this industry because: The proliferation of media and distribution
channels, combined with consumers increasing demand for communications relevance,
has created the perfect marketing storm for many CMO's. As a result, the need for
more rigorous marketing discipline and research competency has never been greater.
That means it's actually the perfect time to demonstrate our measurable value to
marketing leaders across all industries, and that makes every day exciting to be
here.
Customer service is a primary component of our business. To me, customer service
means: The perfect customer experience is one which results in our customers
becoming advocates for our company, creating referrals, retention and profitable
growth. In my opinion, the perfect customer experience is interlaced in customer
service. You really can't deliver the perfect customer experience without delivering
perfect customer service.
My personal life focus: Actually I have a personal mission statement that
reads - To develop, grow and leverage superior business acumen in order to maximize
value for my network, and to provide a life for my family that is; filled with spiritual
growth and Christian leadership, financially secure, learning, loving, and fun.
A favorite personal interest/hobby of mine: I'm very involved in social media,
including; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and blogging just to name a few. In fact,
name a social media platform and I'm probably in it. I really enjoy connecting and
sharing knowledge. My passion for sharing knowledge also carries over to my work
with the University of Phoenix where I teach courses in Marketing, eBusiness, and
Management Theory.
For music enjoyment I like to listen to: I'm all over the dial with music
because it depends on my mood and what I'm doing at the time. From rock with the
Rolling Stones, country with Mary Gauthier, or just plain easy listening with Davy
Spillane, I have a wide range of interests.
My favorite, can-always-watch-it-again film: "The Greatest Game Ever
Played" screenplay by Mark Frost and based on a true story. An underdog epic
that fires me up every time I watch it!

I'm in this industry because: In college, I found my interests gravitated towards sales and marketing. I've been
in this industry since 2000, having held positions in marketing, finance, training, business development, sales
and sales management. My current role is an aggregation of all previous roles that have prepared me well to serve our
clients and our people.
Customer service is a primary component of our business. To me, customer service means: We must accommodate the
needs of our clients and bring them new ideas that will help grow their businesses. It boils down to return-on-investment.
We need to establish trust and make it our duty and mission to maximize calls and leads for our clients with every dollar
they invest.
My personal life focus: Most important to me is my wife and our four children.
A favorite personal interest/hobby of mine: Aside from taxiing kids from event to event, I'm active
in coaching youth sports - football, basketball, and baseball. Given the time, I'd play more golf, plant a
vegetable garden, and buy a bulldozer to move dirt.
For musical enjoyment I like to listen to: I like it all - well, almost all since the '80's was a
musically-challenged decade. My tastes range among Van Morrison, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The Rolling Stones.
My idea of the ultimate fantasy performance would be Jimi Hendrix playing Mozart.
My favorite, can-always-watch-it-again film: "On The Waterfront," starring Marlon Brando
and Karl Malden.

I'm in this industry because: For over 25 years I've worked with the brightest people and industry
experts in this field. It's the greatest business education you can find. Everyday I learn something
new from clients and their strategies that can help them reach their goals.
Customer service is a primary component of our business. To me, customer service means: To represent
our clients' best interests with publishers and to bring all parties together for a common goal: Developing
a good deal where all parties win. It's important to listen closely to what clients say, being able to
understand their strategies before making recommendations, and challenging them to try new things.
My personal life focus: Family. Let's face it: It's all about spending time with those around us.
Time passes away too quickly.
A favorite personal interest/hobby of mine: I have a passion for hiking, backpacking, and rafting.
For musical enjoyment I like to listen to: The Beatles. They are simply timeless.
